Marianne is a professional seafood investor, board member and lawyer with 20 years of international executive experience across the industrial and seafood sectors. Marianne is currently the Chair of the Board of the Norwegian Seafood Council, whilst also sitting on the board of Elkem ASA and Norway Royal Salmon. In addition, Marianne is a member of the Advisory Network to the High Level Panel for A Sustainable Ocean Economy. Previously Marianne has been a Board Member of Morpol, Copeinca, Codfarmers, Pharmaq and was the Chair of the Nom. Comm. of Grieg Seafood. Marianne received her Cand. Jur Diploma from the University of Oslo and MBA from Solvay Business School Brussels (Honors).
Einar spent more than 30 years as a senior executive in the global fish feed industry, initially as CEO of EWOS and later as President of Cargill Aqua Nutrition. Einar currently works as an investor and holds the position as Chairman of the Board in NCE Seafood Innovation Cluster and a Board Member of Bakkafrost. Einar received his masters and PhD (aquaculture) diploma from Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) and MBA from BI Norwegian Business School.
Achim has over 30 years of experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Seafood businesses, with more than 15 years spent in senior management positions. Achim spent 20 years with Reckitt Benckiser, where his last position was SVP Asia and 7 years with Nomad Foods Group, the biggest frozen food company in Europe, as Managing Director. Most recently, Achim was the CEO of Regal Springs Group, the world’s largest Tilapia business. Achim received his diploma from Berufsakademie Mannheim, Germany.
Ingar worked for 20 years at DnB, the world’s largest seafood bank, as a senior seafood banker where he worked closely with several of the largest seafood companies in the world and on the financing of several private equity investments. When Ingar decided to leave banking, he was a Senior Vice President and head of the Bergen seafood team (the largest seafood team within DnB). Ingar currently holds several board positions within the seafood industry.
Terje has more than 20 years’ experience investing in public and private companies with exceptional returns as a Portfolio Manager, Head of Analysis and Equity Strategist. Terje has led successful investments in the private seafood companies Arnarlax, Stingray and FSV Group. Terje received his diploma from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
Till has 19 years’ experience in the financial industry. 14 of these years were with Goldman Sachs International, where he was a Managing Director in the Private Equity business and, amongst other roles, in charge of the agriculture sector globally. Mr Hufnagel received his diploma from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and is a CFA Charterholder.
Alex has been active in the investment sector internationally for more than 30 years, during which time he has acted as a principal investor, manager and sponsor of private equity and venture capital management teams. Alex was previously the Chairman of the Board of Benchmark Holding and is currently a principal at Welbeck Capital Partners. He received his diploma from Cambridge University.
